This was a pretty humorous series going on here, I agree, it's very Family Guy'ish, and many characters in here are a nice touch. But honestly, this just wasn't drop-dead funny compared to the other under-appreicated, yet hilarious laugh-fest like The Hate Machine and John's Arm. I have no idea why the score for this entry is so high, but if you honestly think this was funny, PLEASE check out the two aforementioned series of works. I guarantee you, once you see those, you will find that "Waterman" is overrated.

Technically competent, stylistically unique... but the war theme has basically been re-hashed so many times in films that doing anything thing more about it, even in animation, becomes rather tedious. Especially when your dialogues are silent texts.
Your superb skills can be invested in something far more original. I know you can do it!
