interesting sprite melee in the cloud

but the choreography seems a little messy, hard to tell what's going on and who's doing what. Maybe have camera crop and move with the action rather than just have it stationary, framing the whol "arena". Nice idea for pointless action, but not good enough.

AT LAST IT'S HERE!!

I've been waiting too goddamn long for this one to come out! And I am still amazed at the quality humor you dish out, totally awesome, totally funny, the priest part is hilarious, the star wars part was a goddamn riot. In fact, I think the Hate Machine series is waaaaay way better than College University. CU's pace is too slow and it's kinda stupid at some point. But THIS hits all the right spots... maybe it's that whole premise of French Canadians kicking the US's ass lol. Can;t get funnierthan that. By the way, the score is way too low right now (3.70), vote 5 everyone! NOW!

My expectations were a little too high...

... consider its score of 4.24 at 1,014 votes... but I didn't laugh out as loud as I wanted. Some parts were just plain silly rather than funny. The best one has gotta be with Liu kang though... Sindel was pretty funny too. Other than that, nothing too special.

Great concept...

But you need to improve on your storyboard a little... and also the camera angles. I find myself just flipping through this "comic-book style" flash and got bored before even reading the end. If it's not too much hassle, some animation would be nice... maybe that's asking a lot, but still - the storyboard and script should be worked on more.

This, I imagined, was the best way to have my pictures used. I didn't want to put them just on a website for people to browse, and I agree, things inbetween were a bit bland, but hey, give a guy a break. Maybe suggest a little more to do, with respect to standing still digiphotos, such as "What should the camera angle be for this frame?" Thanks for the honest review.

nothing too spectacular...

3.99 (current score) is a little pushing it... it's worth a chuckle, but that's about it. The Anime style faces on sticks figures really really turns me off though... I think part of the reason why stick figures can be funny at times is how it draws the sense of ambiguity though its very stylized and simplified form... and it should be kept that way. Either leave the faces blank, or draw actual figure characters.

You need to appreciate the patience required to do frame by frame claymation... even if it's only a few seconds. Get a team (friends or something) together and make a longer one and in the style of MTV Celebrity Deathmatch, that would just own all. One question, what the hell did the yellow guy do to the green guy? He stabs his crotch with his tail and he sinks into the ground? Or did he just yank the whole guy? Either way that's a disturbing technique :P
