I'm only giving it a 10 not just because of its sheer originality, but I also share the very similar experiences in junior high, and I can totally relate, even though I didn't draw stick figures :)

Awesome video, I always love retelling classic children's tales from a "modern" and subversive perspective. I hate gangsta rap too, hence 2 on the sound. Great props for the animation, without it, it'd just be another song I zap through the radio in a changing-the-station-as-fast-a s-fucking-possible frenzy.

I'd be lying to myself if I said this doesn't deserve anything less than a 10. Why the hell is this only 3.75?? I want to see this this topple the stupid crap (DBZ in a nutshell and Choboco Mix) and most everything else that are currently on the top 20. How did you get 3D like that? Is Swift 3D this powerful? I gotta learn me some of these!

Don't know what's so good about it...

Pace is too slow, story is too simple, size is too big, and with graphics like that the soundtrack must've made up about 80% of the file size. Star Wars reference too blatant that it becomes rather unoriginal. You could've at least change the name of "Alderaan". Sorry to say this after your 2 months of hardwork, I'm sure you'll try harder.

The fact that this was submitted in '01 and only has around 60 reviews is blasphemy... The fact that any of this series is in anywhere but the top 20 (while that "DBZ in a nutshell" is) makes me lose faith in all humanity.

This thing is oozing with gorgeousity

Very abstract, very mystical, very surreal, the animation and effects are so sensuous that they caress my eyes, the soundtrack is so soothing that makes me dream of the universe. Marcus Peblo is probably born-again Jesus Christ the Savior Himself!!

Jesus H. Christ, that was really funny. I hope this stays on the frontpage for a long time! For an a typical blood/violence loving NG audience, you guys sure take it like a hair up the ass. "You wouldn't think this way if your relatives died there." What the hell? You think Afghan families didn't lose lives, homes, etc and more? I bet if you were to watch Afghanistan getting bombed back further than stone age you'd clap and laugh like a fool. Move on with your lives already. Stop taking it so personal! Who cares if there's God or not?

More like a lengthy, annoying pseudo-lecture for college freshmen. Good premise though, but I suggest you remake this movie... this time, make sure you read up on "gnosticism", you will know what I mean... Oh yeah... learn how to draw too... or get someone that can draw & animate
